This is a brand name or equal procurement for the Presidential Airlift Group (PAG) and 89th AW to purchase user licenses used to provide Box Enterprise Software as a Service. The acquisition aims to provide Box Enterprise cloud services for collaboration, including secure cloud storage access for 35 users handling mission-critical information and non-critical storage for 80 users dealing with publications.

Key objectives include unlimited storage, desktop and mobile access (including EFBs), integration with apps like Goodreader and Foreflight/Jepp, and the ability for SAM Dispatch to upload and edit documents. All users must be able to open, edit, save, and share MS Office and PDF documents, create and manage files and folders, and receive customer support through unit administrators, with PAG-led administrators defining roles and rules.
