Combo Amendment 1 The following documents have been updated- 1st Heli Sq Camera System Upgrade Combo Final (amendment 1) Sep 20 1st Heli Sq Camera System Upgrade PWS 20 Sep The scope of the requirment has not changed nor the requested equipment.

The verbage in Chapter 1.1 of the PWS and bottom of page 1 of the combo has changed from "All requested cameras shall be in accordance with Non-Nuclear (CMD) Equipment Approval memorandum dated 20231208." to "All requested cameras and applicable equipment shall be in accordance with Non-Nuclear (CMD) Equipment Approval memorandum dated 20231208." Applicable equipment in the Non Nuclear Equipment Memorandum (NNEM) is encompassed under the below procurable equipment types- Command, Control Display Equipment Pg 1-2 Access Control Pg 2 Assessment Cameras Pg 3 Pan-Tilt-Zoom Cameras Pg 3 Camera Environmental Enclosures Pg 3 Interior Sensors Pg 3-4 Exterior Sensors Pg 4-5 Wide Area Detection/Approach Zone Sensors Pg 5 Assessment Subsytems Pg 5

The requirment was previously posted under Notice ID FA268024Q4035. In order to provide fair opporutunity to all interested parties this requirment is being re-solicited. Additonal information has been added to the Performance Work Statement and Combined Synopis/Solicitation. This requirement is for the 1st Helicopter Squadron Camera System upgrade. Contractor is expected to remove the old camera system and install the new system as outline in the PWS.

A total of 15 cameras of various type will be installed to replace the outdated system in various coordinated points in and around Buildings 1910, 1911, and 1914. The system will be upgraded for compatibility with the new cameras and a base +4 maintenance service will be added to support the new install. This acquistion is a (SDVOSB) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside and only quotes from qualifing sources will be evaluated.

Access to the Non-nuclear (CMD) Equipment Approval memorandum dated 20231208 must be requested in order to access. Please request access in the attachment/link section of the post or contact one of the POCs listed above for document access. Cameras shall be in accordance with the formentioned memorandum. See the Combo Synopsis and Solicitation and follow the instructions to offerors to provide an offer. Email offers to primary and secondary points of contact by the response deadline.
