This requirement is to establish a non-personal services BP A for the 316th Civilian Engineering Squadron (CES). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs to allow for the continued operation of the LSVs as defined in Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement and per the manufacturer's recommendations.

The contractor shall be within a 50-mile radius of Joint Base Andrews, MD. Quotes in response to this solicitation must reflect CLIN structure identified in Attachment 2 LSV Price List. Offeror shall complete the Government provided BPA firm fixed price sheet by inserting the proposed price(s) in accordance with (IAW) the BPA Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement (PWS).
