The Civil Engineering Squadron (66 ABG/CE) has a continuing requirement for elevator maintenance services. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, parts and labor necessary to maintain, repair, and inspect the real property vertical transportation equipment (VTE) at Hanscom AFB in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operations.

The VTE and their locations will be listed in Appendix B. The term “VTE” includes all equipment listed in Appendix B: freight and passenger elevators, escalators, and may include wheelchair/stair lifts, dock levelers, and dumbwaiters. *Please note: Appendix A building numbers have been redacted as Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) cannot be released to the public.

An unredacted version of Appendix A will be provided to the awardee upon contract award. *Questions are due no later than 1:00pm ET 25 July 2025. Answers will be provided be 1:00pm ET 30 July 2025. *Offers are due on or before 1:00pm ET 5 August 2025. *A site visit will NOT be held for this requirement. 21 July 2025 -- Posting has been updated to reflect the update to Wage Determination 2015-4047 dated 08 July 2025. 23 July 2025 -- Posting has been updated to attach a corrected Bid Schedule. 29 July 2025 -- Posting has been updated to provide responses to questions that were asked during the Q&A period.
