Elevator Maintenance

The Civil Engineering Squadron (66 ABG/CE) has a continuing requirement for elevator maintenance services. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, parts and labor necessary to maintain, repair, and inspect the real property vertical transportation equipment (VTE) at Hanscom AFB in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operations.

The VTE and their locations will be listed in Appendix B. The term “VTE” includes all equipment listed in Appendix B: freight and passenger elevators, escalators, and may include wheelchair/stair lifts, dock levelers, and dumbwaiters. *Please note: Appendix A building numbers have been redacted as Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) cannot be released to the public.

An unredacted version of Appendix A will be provided to the awardee upon contract award. *Questions are due no later than 1:00pm ET 25 July 2025.
