Wire Marking Machine MX Base w/4 OYs

The Air Force Test Center Operational Contracting Division (AFTC/PZIOA) Eglin AFB, FL intends to award a sole source contract to Laselec Inc., 2605 North Forum Drive, Grand Prairie, Texas 75052-8925, Cage: 3ZRR4, to provide Annual Maintenance for two (2) MRO-200B UV Laser Wire Marking Machines for one (1) base and four (4) option years. The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Commercial Purchase Order.

CLIN 0001: Annual Preventative Maintenance on two (2) MRO-200B UV Laser Wire Marking Machines (MRO- 18015 and MRO-17004), to include one (1) annual preventative maintenance visit, plus one (1) curative, if necessary.

POP: 1 JAN 2025 – 31 DEC 2025. CLIN 1001: Annual Preventative Maintenance on two (2) MRO-200B UV Laser Wire Marking Machines (MRO- 18015 and MRO-17004), to include one (1) annual preventative maintenance visit, plus one (1) curative, if necessary.

POP: 1 JAN 2026 – 31 DEC 2026. CLIN 2001: Annual Preventative Maintenance on two (2) MRO-200B UV Laser Wire Marking Machines (MRO- 18015 and MRO-17004), to include one (1) annual preventative maintenance visit, plus one (1) curative, if necessary.

POP: 1 JAN 2027 – 31 DEC 2027. CLIN 3001: Annual Preventative Maintenance on two (2) MRO-200B UV Laser Wire Marking Machines (MRO- 18015 and MRO-17004), to include one (1) annual preventative maintenance visit, plus one (1) curative, if necessary.

POP: 1 JAN 2028 – 31 DEC 2028. CLIN 4001: Annual Preventative Maintenance on two (2) MRO-200B UV Laser Wire Marking Machines (MRO- 18015 and MRO-17004), to include one (1) annual preventative maintenance visit, plus one (1) curative, if necessary.

POP: 1 JAN 2029 – 31 DEC 2029. The statutory authority which permits sole source for this acquisition is 41 United States Code (USC) 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This authority is supported by an approved Far Part 13 Single Source Justification. It is the Government's intent to proceed with this sole-source action. The applicable NAICS code is 333998. The size standard as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is 700 employees.

The anticipated award date is 26 Sept 2024. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government.

All responses received by 12:00 pm CST on 23 Sept 2024 will be considered by the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items required and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these services.
