This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA282324Q0061 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 2024-05. This solicitation is designated for a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this commercial service is 314110; the small business size standard is 1,500 Employees.

Eglin Air Force Base has a requirement for Carpet Removal/Replacement Bldg.349 Room 122. See attached Statement of Work (SOW). This requirement consists of three (3) line items: CLIN 0001 CLIN 0002 CLIN 0003 The Governments intent is to award a single firm-fixed price contract between the Government and the Contractor. This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the government to pay for the any bid preparation costs.

All quotes shall be valid until 30 October 2024. A site visit will be held on Thursday, 15 August 2024 at 10:00 AM CST at Eglin AFB Bldg 349. Offerors are required to provide their Contractor’s DUNS Number, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code with their quote. The CAGE code entered must be for that name and address provided by the Contractor. Offerors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) https://sam.gov/content/home.

Offerors must have a current SAM record prior to receiving an award for this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if received by the closing date listed below, shall be considered by the 96 AFTC/PZIOCA. All quotes must state at a minimum the unit price. Offerors are responsible for ensuring their quote has been received and is legible.

Amendment 8-19-2024 The purpose of the amendment is to delete the existing Contracting Pricing Form and Replace it with the Amended Contracting Pricing Form. The furniture removal is no longer required for this solicitation. Also, to add the conference room measurements and include the site visit sign in sheet.
