Replace Carpet, Room 135, Bldg 350

The project is located on Eglin AFB, Florida. The Contractor shall be required to furnish all materials, equipment, plant, labor and personnel necessary to design, manage, and accomplish this work in accordance with the contract requirements. The Contractor is expected to maintain safety requirements and demonstrate standard construction methods, at all times.

Additional information has been highlighted on Summary of Work Amendment and Cost Template has changed to add 6" on cove base installation and removed vinyl and put metal for transition strip. Also, to add the sign in sheet from the site visit held 7-24-2024 at 9:00am. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
