Shelter System

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; written quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. Funds are not presently available for this requirement.

The government anticipates funding prior to 30September 2024. 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. Questions are due 5 September 2024 at 09:00 PDT. Offers (Quotations) are due 9 September 2024 at 12:00 PDT. Award will be made to the offeror with the lowest priced quotation that meets the customer requirements as detailed in the description. This purchase includes 12 shelters, lights, wiring harness, anchors, all parts needed to fully erect and sustain, hard cases to protect tents during non-use.
