Schriever Vehicle Barriers Maintenance and Repair (VB M&R) Services

Updated 27 February 2025: Questions and answers, three painting photos and a revised Attachment 5 is attached. On the revised Attachment 5, a year was changed for both the barrier equipment and main control panel on one line. The change is underlined. The bolded and underlined entries in the second column of the revised Attachment 5 are related to questions and answers. All vendors are required to acknowledge receipt of these changes with submission of their quote. As a reminder the combined synopsis solicitation requirements must be followed. All other information remains the same.

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Vehicle Barrier Maintenance and Repair (VBM&R) Services at Schriever Space Force Base (SSFB) Colorado. The purpose of the VBM&R Service is to provide preventive maintenance (PM), inspection, and repair for operational vehicle barriers at SSFB. The Contractor is required to perform all work in accordance with the PWS.

3. Please note there were some changes made to the PWS since the sources sought was posted. Please read the entire solicitation package in the attachments. 3.
