Central Plant Computer System Maintenance

1 July 2024: The Response Time for this RFI is extended to 17 July 2024 at 4:30 PM MDT. All responses must address the questions identified below. Please send this information to both the Primary and Alternate Point of Contact. The responses will be used to determine if a set aside can be used. Both large and small businesses are encouraged to respond. Only email responses will be accepted. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY.

This RFI is issued solely to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future). This RFI should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose other than to gain the information requested for market research. The Government is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals.

Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any potential future RFQ. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Contract Opportunities website (sam.gov). It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement.

The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research, a continuous process for collecting and analyzing information about capabilities within the market to satisfy agency needs. The acquisition strategy has not yet been determined and market research results will assist the United States Space Force in determining the direction this acquistion may take.

Set-Aside Status: Seeking responses from all business sizes. Respondents to this notice must indicate whether they qualify as small (8a, HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, Small Business, etc.) or large business under NAICS 238210 (size standard $19.0M). Responses must address the following:

1. Provide a capability statement to show the ability to meet requirements of the performance work statement. Take special note of paragraph 1.4 and the 4 hour response time for emergency services.

2. Provide similar past performance contract numbers, dollar value, etc.

3. Do you have any comments regarding the performance work statement?

4. Provide point of contact, email, phone number, and SAM unique number (UEI) or CAGE Code.

5. Recommended evaluation criteria.

6. Any other comments relevant to this requirement.
