This is a written notice to inform the public of the Government's intent to proceed with a sole source award to VIASAT. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the direction of the Government.

Information received in response to this synopsis will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Attached is the Single Source Justification (Simplified Acquisition) detailing the requirement and intent to go through a single source.
