3 EA - Four door Utility Vehicle 3 EA - Two Door Utility Vehicle (6 Total Utility Vehicles) Utility Vehicle Shall have a Fully Enclosed Cab Utility Vehicle Shall have 4-wheel drive Utility Vehicle Shall have Fully Opening Door and Roll Down Windows Utility Vehicle shall have Air Conditioning, Heat, and Defrost Utility Vehicle shall have 24.8 Gross HP Utility Vehicle Shall have Hydrostatic Power Steering Utility Vehicle Shall have Hydraulic Cargo Dump Utility Vehicle Shall have Windshield Wiper Utility Vehicle Shall have LED Lights Utility Vehicle shall be Kubota RTV-X4-SKLH-1 or Equal Utility Vehicle Shall have a governor maxing the total speed at 25 Mile Per Hour (MPH).

This governor Must be non-managed and the speed not changeable. Must be delivered to Buckley Space force Base. A lowboy delivery vehicle will be required, as there is limited access and no off-loading ramp available. The contractor shall deliver the above requirements no later than 7 days after receipt of order. Items, when delivered, will be accepted and inspected by the government officials responsible for receiving the products and performing any required inspections.
