Amendment 003 to include the confined space assessment worksheet. The U.S. Air Force 460th Contracting Squadron at Buckley SFB, CO is posting this Request for Quote (RFQ) for Confined Space Assessment and Inventory services.

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS: The government requires confined space inventory support for Buckley SFB, to provide hazard assessment and classification of confined spaces. The work would include identifying and evaluating all confined spaces on Buckley SFB along with creating a registry of the confined spaces IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

DELIVERABLES: The contractor shall complete the inspection and assessment of base-wide confined spaces and deliver the “Confined Space Registry” Excel document and “Confined Space Assessment Forms” PDF file to the government not later than 120 days After of Receipt of Contract Award.

Questions received after that time may not be answered.

To ensure all questions and responses are received, questions and responses must include the RFQ Number (FA254324Q0039) and title (“Confined Space Assessment and Inventory”). Quotes are due by email NLT 2:00 PM MDT, Tuesday, 06 August 2024. SUBMISSION DETAILS: To be considered responsive, please include description of your services capability in your quote, so that the government can verify that the quote is offering everything listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). You must also include the following:

- Must include a quote - Must include confirmation that you are capable and will provide the required deliverables listed in the PWS. A lack of required information may deem you unresponsive and/or technically unacceptable. - Vendors must include the following information in your response: - Company name, address, and point of contact, with email address and phone number - CAGE Code and/or UEI number Provisions and clauses, in their latest editions, will apply to this acquisition.
