8-Stall Stainless Steel Dog Trailer

This is an official Request for Quote (RFQ) Notice (FA254324Q0035).

Amendment 001 to provide updated Statement of Objectives (SOO) and attach the Questions and Answers Document dated 22 July 2024. The U.S. Air Force 460th Contracting Squadron at Buckley SFB, CO is posting this Request for Quote (RFQ) for the purchase and delivery of an Eight- Stall Stainless Steel Dog Trailer that meet the requirements specified of the attached Statement of Objective (SOO) dated 22 July 2024. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS: The government requires one (1) 8-Stall Stainless Steel Dog Trailer IAW the attached SOO.

DELIVERABLES: The contractor shall deliver one (1) 8-stall stainless steel dog trailer no more than 60 days after receipt of order. More specific delivery address will be provided upon award. The delivery driver is required to be able to pass a background check to enter Buckley SFB.

Questions received after that time may not be answered.

To ensure all questions and responses are received, questions and responses must include the RFQ Number (FA254324Q0035) and title (“8-Stall Stainless Steel Dog Trailer”) in the subject line of the email submission and are to be sent via email to both the Contracting Officer: Brittainy Shirley at brittainy.shirley@spaceforce.mil and the Contract Specialist: Guillermo Torres at guillermo.torres_barzallo.1@spaceforce.mil.

Quotes are due by email NLT 2:00 PM MDT, Tuesday, 23 July 2024. SUBMISSION DETAILS: To be considered responsive, please include an image of what you are quoting with a list of characteristics specific to that item, so that the government can verify that what is offered meets the requirements and characteristics as listed in the Statement of Objective (SOO). You must also include the following:

- Must include a quote - Must include confirmation that you are capable and will provide the required deliverables listed in the SOO A lack of required information may deem you unresponsive and/or technically unacceptable. - Vendors must include the following information in your response: - Company name, address, and point of contact, with email address and phone number - CAGE Code and/or UEI number Provisions and clauses, in their latest editions, will apply to this acquisition.
