Attachment Posted 4/23/2025 Subject: Abstract of Offers The purpose of this amendment is to post the abstract of offers of the public bid opening held on 23 April 2025 at 11:30 AM EST. The abstract of offers can be found as an attachment, titled "25B0004_Abstract of Offers". All else remains unchanged.

The purpose of this amendment is to extend the bid due date from 18 April 2025 at 11:30 AM EST to 23 April 2025 at 10:30 AM EST. Bid opening will now take place on 23 April 2025 at 11:30 AM EST at the Tides Collocated Club. Additionally, the Questions and Answers Site Visit Attendance sheet and most recent Davis Bacon (FL2025000103212025) are being included as attachments to the solicitation. Lastly, the clause FAR 52.229-3 is being included. All else remains unchanged.

The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the most recent Wage Determination as an attachment to the solicitation as well as modify existing clauses as applicable IAW Class Deviation 2025-O0003 and Class Deviation 2025-O0004. Please see attached most recent wage determination document and Amendment SF30 document summarizing the changes that were made. All else remains unchanged.

The work to be performed under this project consists of providing the labor, equipment and materials to increase the electrical load at Facility 1319 at Patrick Space Force Base.

A. Project Title: SXHT 12-1092 Repair Emergency Power B1319. B. This acquisition is set aside to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. Offerors not meeting this criteria will be deemed non-responsive and ineligible for award. C. The NAICS code 238210 has a size standard of $19.0M. D. Contract performance period is scheduled for 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed (NTP). E. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. F. Funds are not presently available for this effort.

No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
