Hydraulic and Manual Dock Levelers

Amendment 1: 07/18/2024 The SOW has been revised and is hereby added. Questions have been added. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number FA252124QB107 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this request for quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 effective 5/22/2024. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 811310 with a size standard of $12.5M.

The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is for the purchase of the replacement of the hydraulic dock leveler and manual dock leveler, at Bldg 822 on Patrick SFB, FL. Contractor shall provide material, labor, equipment engineering, and supervision necessary to provide one (1) complete and usable hydraulic dock leveler (20,000-pounds) and one (1) complete and usable manual dock leveler (25,000-pounds) IAW SOW. Please see attached Statement of Work (SOW).
