NAICS: 238320 - Painting and Wall Covering Contractors with size standard of $19.0M. The Magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000 (In accordance with FAR 36.204). THIS ACQUISITION IS BEING ISSUED AS AN ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED WOMEN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE (EDWOSB). OFFERORS NOT MEETING THIS CRITERIA WILL BE DEEMED NONRESPONSIVE AND INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD.

Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. The Governments obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
