An updated Attachment 5 - Pricing Workbook has been posted to the "Attachment/Links" section in Sam.gov and is titled Attachment 5 - Pricing Workbook Updated. On Tab 1 CLIN Summary, the Total Evaluated Price (TEP) formula has been updated to only include the TESA CLIN value once. No other changes were made.

• Reference documents, which show the tracked changes made to the originals, contain "Reference" in the title.

However, due to file size constraints, the official Bidder's Library is maintained under its original related notice, COSMOS RFI 1. The solicitation posting FA251826RP002 has COSMOS RFI 1 identified as a related notice.
