FA251724Q0122 PROJECT TITLE: Rapidly Deployable Portable Security Cameras All communications with the requiring activity concerning this solicitation shall cease until the award is announced. During this period, interaction is only allowed with the Contracting Officer. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written sonication will not be issued. The 21st Contracting Squadron, Peterson Space Force Base (SFB), intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for Rapidly Deployable Portable Security Cameras that meet all characteristics identified in Attachment 1 - List of Salient Characteristics_Rapid Deployable Construction Cameras_v2.

All items are to be delivered to Peterson SFB, CO 80914. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number FA251724Q0122 shall be used to reference any written quote provide under this RFQ.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-06 dated 08/29/2024, the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DFARS Change 08/15/2024 dated 08/15/2024, and the Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DAFAC 2024-0612 dated June 12, 2024. This effort is being solicited 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 334220 for Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing.

The size standard is 1,250 employees. This effort is being solicited on SAM.gov for a portable camera kit in compliance with Attachment 1 - List of Salient Characteristics_Rapid Deployable Construction Cameras_v2.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels the solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
