Peterson SFB Satellite TV BPA

Please refer to attachemnets for a full brekout of changes in this document. This is a notice of intent that the 21st Contracting Squadron (21 CONS) intends to establish a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) that will require the Offeror to provide, satellite TV service in support of Peterson SFB, CO (See Attachment 2 – PWS Peterson SFB Satellite TV). This notice of intent serves as the solicitation.

Potential vendors that possess the capabilities to meet the requirements and qualifications in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) shall respond with confirmation that you are an authorized Dish retailer, location of servicing office, ability to honor or discount the pricing contained in the PWS and comply with the terms and conditions contained in Attachments 1 and 3. The Government will award a single BPA to the Offeror who has the lowest total evaluated price (TEP).

Offerors will submit a price list for all items outside of the price list identified in PWS Section 5. The price list will include all equipment costs (receivers, switches, satellite dishes), activation fees, service fees, and labor rates (for site survey, installation, and repairs).

In the event of a tie the award will be offered to the closest geographically based location to Peterson SFB, CO 80914. NAICS 516120 – Television Broadcasting Stations PSC DD01 – IT and Telecom – Service Delivery Support Services Set Aside – Small Business Set-Aside Response date – 10 June 2024 Notice to Vendor(s): The Government reserves the right to cancel this notice of intent. In the event the Government cancels this notice, the Government has no obligation to reimburse the vendor for any costs.
