561st NOS Training Subscriptions

The 21st Contracting Squadron, Peterson Space Force Base (SFB), is soliciting for a “Brand name or Equivalent” requirement for Global Knowledge’s Polaris Discovery subscription course 100785, and award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for training subscriptions that meet the salient characteristics identified in the attached RFQ document, to be delivered to Colorado Springs, CO. The exact address will be provided at time of award.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation, either before or after the closing date.

In the event the Government cancels the solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The Government has proposed several CLINs for potential vendors to provide quotes for. The Government will evaluate quotes submitted on each CLIN for technical acceptability. A resulting award will be done so on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis.
