B664 Floor Renovation- Amendment 1

The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Extend the due date for quotes from 16 February 2024 @ 12:00 P.M. MST to 26 February 2024 @ 12:00 P.M. MST.

2. Remove the site visit information that is no longer applicable as it has already occurred.

3. Remove the questions due date that is no longer applicable as it has already lapsed. 3. Add Attachment 1 - SOW Bldg 664 Floor Renovation_15 Feb 2024_Amendment 1.

4. Add Attachment 4 - Site Visit Questions_B664 Floor Renovation_15 Feb 2024_Amendment 1.

5. Add Attachment 5 - Zoned Map_Amendment 1.

6. Add Attachment 6 - Submittal Schedule Bldg 664_Amendment 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number FA251724Q0016 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ.

The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-02, effective 1/22/2024. This is for Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is solicited as a Women-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 314110 - Carpet and Rug Mills. The size standard is 1,500 employees. The quotes will be evaluated IAW FAR 52.212-2, found herein.

Failure to comply with all instructions contained within this synopsis/solicitation could results in the quote being ineligible for award. It is the quoter’s responsibility to ensure their quote meets all the requirements identified herein. The Government reserves the right to not award this contract to any quoter. The purpose of this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is for Floor Renovation in Building 664 on Peterson Space Force Base (SFB), CO.
