Mortuary Services Agreements

The purpose of this amendment is to:

1) Update BPA Terms and Conditions 2) Update applicable provisions and clauses. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Quote Submission Window: Quotes can be submitted up to 5 May 2028, 1:00 P.M. Mountain Time: All quotes must be submitted to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist, please submit all requested documentation in your submitted quote. Please see email addresses in the table below. If the POC’s are no longer in 21CONS, please contact 719-556-4789 to determine appropriate contracting recipients.

The solicitation document, and incorporated provisions and clauses, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02 dated 16 March 2023, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement dated 22 Mar 2023, and the Air Force Acquisition Regulation Supplement dated 1 Mar 2023. This effort is being solicited under NAICS 812210 – Funeral Homes and Funeral Services. The size standard is $12.5M. This solicitation is reserved for small businesses under a 100% small business set-aside.

The Government intends to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) as a result of this solicitation. The BPA shall have up to a five (5) year period of performance (POP) with an established ceiling of $249,999.99.
