Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract

This is a notice of contract action (NOCA). This is not a solicitation or a Request for Proposal, Invitation to Bid, or a commitment, implied or otherwise, that AFTC/PZZC will take procurement action in the matter. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this NOCA or any follow-up information requests.

The United States Air Force Test Center/Enterprise Services and Innovative Solutions (AFTC/PZZC), Eglin AFB, FL intends to issue a sole source contract to Northrup Grumman Corporation (NGC) for the acquisition of F-35 Communication, Navigation, and Identification (CNI) 3A and 3B racks. Please see the attached Notice of Contract Action, sole source Justification Approval document and SOW.
