Amendment 01, 5 February 2025: This Amendment encompasses the following changes: 1) The POC email address is updated from "alex.r.lavelle.4@us.af.mil" to "alex.lavelle.4@us.af.mil" 2) Section 2.7 of Solicitation: attachment reference is changed from "Attachment 9" to "Attachment 8" 3) The List of Attachments is updated as follows:

a. Attachment 8 "Security Program Questionnaire" is replaced with Attachment 8 "Solicitation Language for Security Risk Review AFRLI 61-113" b. The file entitled "FA2384-25-S-B003_Amend 1" is added c. The file entitled "FA2384-25-S-B003 Solicitation_Tracked Changes" is added 4) The following clarifying notations are provided as follows:

a. “MS Office” means MS Office-compatible products b. A total rough order of magnitude (ROM) is required. ROMs for high-level cost categories for purposes of illustration may be included at the contractor's discretion but are not required. Only the total ROM will be used for purposes of cost evaluation at this stage. White papers should not include a detailed cost break-out.
