Corrosion Control

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W50S8E-24-Q-A015, is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Corrosion Control of AGE Equipment.

A contract will be awarded without discussions as a single, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award utilizing FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 effective May 22, 2024 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice effective August 15, 2024. It is the contractor's responsibility to become familiar with applicable clauses and provisions by visiting https://www.acquisition.gov/. Firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) before an award can be made.

Job Description of Requirement: The contractor shall provide all supervision, management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor/manpower to provide corrosion control on AGE in accordance with the attached PWS. Contract award estimated to be September 2024. Items to be picked up and delivered to 150 Old Riverhead Road, Westhampton Beach, N.Y. 11978-1201 52.232-18 (Avail of Funds as req) NOTE This is currently not a funded procurement and award is contingent upon final funding certification.
