Test Stand

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is for a factory new test stand/receiver. This is a 100% total small business set-aside.

The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 336413 and the size standard is $5.5 M. Solicitation number F9E2MG5100AW01 is being issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 Effective January 17, 2025. Firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) before an award can be made. To register with SAM, log on to https://www.sam.gov. This Request for Quote will result in a firm fixed price contract.

This announcement is the solicitation which will result in a firm fixed-price contract. A contract will be awarded to the contractor who provides the quote will the lowest price, price is able to be determined fair & reasonable, that conforms to the terms and conditions of this combined synopsis/solicitation and meets all the requirements that is outlined and is determined responsible IAW FAR Subpart 9.104-1. Quotes for this solicitation should reflect pricing broken down and clearly indicate the total price. If pricing is not clear to the Contracting agent, the award may be delayed or lead to disqualification of your firm’s submittal.

CLIN 0001: QTY = 1 EACH Test Stand NSN 4920-01-541-2764 per the salient characteristics: Factory New multifunctional flightline test set designed for comprehensive testing of aircraft avionics and communication systems, Nav System VOR, ILS, Glide Slode, TACAN, ADF. Include the following information on your quote: cage code, UEI number, company name, phone number, POC, signature of authorized representative and email. Offerors' quotes shall be valid 30SEP25 to be acknowledged in the offerors' quote.

Offerors must have electronic funds transfer (EFT) capability. Contractors must be actively registered in Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) at http://wawf.eb.mil.
