Notice of Intent to Sole Source Award to Advantor

The 188th Wing, AR ANG, intends to sole source the delivery and installation of additional hardware components for video surveillance camera system currently in place at the wing, to Advantor Systems Corporation, 129612 Challenger Pkwy, Suite 300, Orlando, FL 32826. Advantor is the only approved/authorized Access Control and Intrusion Detection System contractor for the security system at the 188th Wing. This procurement is being made pursuant to 10 U.S.C.

2304(c)(2) and FAR 6.302-1, for other than full and open competition; only one responsible source. Advantor is the sole manufacturer of the current system in place. All qualified sources must respond not later than 9:00 a.m. CST on 11 July 2024 A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government.
