Intent to Sole Source to Evans Consoles

The 188th Wing, Arkansas Air National Guard, intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source contract to Evans Consoles, Inc., 1577 Spring Hill Rd., Ste 110, Vienna, VA 22182, a small business, to reconfigure desks they installed, install additional desks, and install pre-fab movable walls. This will all be done to match existing Evans components in the building. This special notice is in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supply/service will satisfy agency requirements.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers and is being posted for at least fifteen (15) calendar days. No solicitation package will be available. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Govenrment.

All qualified sources must respond no later than 10:00 AM CST, 28 June, 2024. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contrace based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
