SOURCES SOUGHT: THIS IS ONLY A SURVEY OF THE MARKET TO DETERMINE IF THERE ARE POTENTIAL CONTRACTORS THAT CAN SATISFY THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENT: Snap-On Weapons Crew Tool Kits for F-16 Aircraft, Homestead, FL The Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) is publicizing this Sources Sought Notice to gather industry information regarding Snap-on Weapons Crew Tool Kits for F-16 Aircraft at Homestead ARB, FL.

The Government is seeking to identify qualified, experienced, and interested firms, who shall provide the requested tool kits as indicated in the attached material requirement listing. Contractor’s MUST be authorized distributors for Snap-on Tools. The anticipated delivery period is 60 DARO. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2022 code is 332510 – Aircraft hardware, metal, manufacturing. The small business size standard is 750 employees. It is anticipated that the contract for services will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract in accordance with FAR 13 The following are tentative dates for this project:

AFRC Homestead is considering whether or not to set aside this acquisition for Women-Owned (WOSB), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Small Business concerns.

At present, this acquisition is expected to be issued as a sole source direct award to IDSC Holding, Inc.
