Roof & Gutter Repair Installation Fitness Center

This requirement is to repair/replace both the roofing and guttering on the Installation Fitness Center. This will include demolishing the current built up roofing and insulation, protecting the existing metal roofs from damage, removing abandoned electric penetration, hauling all materials off-site, and repairing/replacing both the roofing and guttering on the Installation Fitness Center. Please review all details and information on the attached drawing/statement of work. The information includes all relevant information regarding the scope, CLINS, and installation/facility location.
