Notice of Intent - Booth Rental - NAFSA Annual Conference

The Department of Commerce (DOC) intends to make a sole source award in accordance with an Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The agency plans to contract in a manner other than full and open competition because there are items peculiar to one provider, and no other services will satisfy the agency's requirements.

The Department of Commerce (DOC) Office of the Secretary, Office of Acquisition Management (OAM) plans to issue one (12-month) base contract to purchase two (2) booths at the 2025 NAFSA Annual Conference and Expo. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within seven days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
