This is a Synopsis of a Proposed Contract Action. This does not constitute a Request for Quotation (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), Invitation to Bid, or a commitment, implied or otherwise. This notice is for a proposed contract, IAW RFO 5.101, for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source, IAW 10 U.S.C. 3572, as implemented by RFO 6.103-1 "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." The Air Force intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to iMetalx, Inc.
