Notice of Intent to Sole Source – Lenel Annual Access Control

This is a Notice of Proposed Contract Action. This does not constitute a Request for Quotation (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), Invitation to Bid, or a commitment, implied or otherwise. Market research was previously conducted, and it has been determined that this is a sole source requirement in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.302-1, FAR 13.106-1(b) and DAFFARS 5313.106-1(b).

This notice is for a proposed contract IAW FAR 5.201(b)(1), for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source IAW 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), “Soliciting from a Single Source”. The Air Force intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract to SigNet Technologies Inc for Lenel Annual Maintenance for an Access Control System.
