30 SFS Modular Shoot Houses

Project Title: 30 SFS Modular Shoot House This solicitation is for the acquisition of two (2) new modular shoot houses to include shipping to Vandenberg SFB, CA in accordance with (IAW) Attachment 1 – Salient Characteristics. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 321992 with a size standard of 500 Employees.

Please see the attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation document and Attachment 1 – Salient Characteristics for a description of the requirement, quote submission instructions and other information pertaining to this acquisition. Offerors are required to utilize the Attachment 2 – Pricing Schedule document to submit their quote. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) per the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structure reflected in the attached Pricing Schedule.

All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award.
