Agile Ops Consoles

This notice serves to notify industry and the public that the 325th contracting squadron intends to solicit for Agile Ops Consoles. Quotes, proposals, or bids will NOT be accepted in response to this notice. Any unsolicited quotes or offers received will be discarded and will not be evaluated by the Government. The 325th Contracting Squadron requires the design, manufacture, and installation of specialized operator consoles for the Air Operations Center (AOC) located at Tyndall AFB, FL.

This equipment must precisely match the currently installed consoles in both IT footprint and aesthetic design. We intend to award a sole-source contract to Evans Federal Solutions. Evans Federal Solutions is the only source capable of meeting these requirements without causing unacceptable delays as they designed, manufactured, and installed the existing AOC infrastructure. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. A solicitation document will not be issued.

However, any responsible party that believes it can meet this requirement may submit a capability statement to the Contracting Officer listed above. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement for future requirements.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government Please see attached "AOC Consoles Sole Source Justification CO Signed"
