Intent to Sole Source: Airfield Lighting Maintenance

TITLE:

F3T3CE5134AW01: AIRFIELD LIGHTING MAINTENANCE (FY26) The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source purchase order to ADB Safegate Americas LLC. This procurement will provide annual and quarterly lighting maintentance on already established ADB products at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. It will also provide option years for the Government to determine at later dates. All work shall be in accordance with federal, state, and base safety regulations and the manufacturer's recommendations.

APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY: This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisiton Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will not be conisdered a competitive requirement. The ancipated award date is unknown.
