PreTold App Recompete

IAW RFO 5.101(c)(4): (i) The Government is seeking to procure C-130J preTOLD™ software application with a license periond of 12 September 2026 to 11 September 2027, with the ability offer four option years. (ii) In accordance with FAR 12.201-1(c), this pre-solicitation is being published on the Government Point of Entry to document the requirement.

The contract will be is a sole source contract with only one viable vendor. (iii) One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. (vii) The company that will be recieving the award is Elite Electronic Engineering Inc. The reason that this company is the only company that is both capable of procuring the software required to fulfill this requirement as well as being approved by the government's aircraft manufacturer.
