Amendment 4/1/2024 - This Amendment is to incorperate these questions and answers pertaining to this Sources Sought. Is there a clearance height for the bus to drive under – No, no clearance height. The buses will be parked in two locations only (area 1) The open parking lot of the old O’Malley Inn and (area 2) on the flight line.

The 100 pax, are they all going to have luggage? – Maybe (personnel may carry purses or a small bag/backpack that will stay on the bus) How many bags per customer? – 75-100 bags total. (duffle bag/purse size, not luggage size) Is any customer going to have pelican cases that are carrying weapons? – No, no pelican cases and no weapons will be allowed on the buses. With the flight line dropoff, is your team going to provide a flight line map? – Yes, we will have a map and 55 SFS escort.

Also, DVs will not leave the area of the experience day aircraft/event booths. We will have many reps marshalling and escorting the DVs from buses to aircrafts/booths and back to the buses. A personnel to sponsor access to the flight line? - Yes, we will have USSTRATCOM J57 reps and 55th SFS personnel to assist. An EAL to get DVs on base and onto the flight line is being finalized currently.

U.S. Strategic Command requires transportation on 15 August from the CHI Health Center, Omaha to Offutt Air Force Base (AFB), NE, with transit between the O’Malley Inn Parking lot to the Offutt AFB flightline, and return to the CHI Health Center, Omaha, NE. Note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals; the 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base, NE, is seeking information for market research purposes only.
