**INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE** 422 TES Solipsys Onsite Support

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE: The NAICS Code is 541519 Other Computer Related Services. The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV intends to award a single source, firm fixed price contract as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to Solipsys Corporation for ABC3/MSCT software engineer support services. The contract action is for software support services for which the Government intends to award on a sole source basis.

Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received electronically by 10:00 AM PDT, 8 August 2024 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Please send responses to Rachel Tilley at rachel.tilley.1@us.af.mil no later than 8 August 2024, 10:00 AM Pacific Time.
