**INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE** 57 MXG Boresight Repair

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The NAICS Code is 811219-Other Electronic And Precision Equipment Repair And Maintenance. The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV intends to award a single source, firm fixed price contract as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to Evident Scientific Inc, for Olympus IPLEX NX videoscope repair and calibration services. The contract action is for repair and calibration services for which the Government intends to award on a sole source basis.

Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received electronically by 10:00AM PST, 28 September 2024 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Please send responses to SSgt Nathan Doebler at Nathan.Doebler@us.af.mil no later than 28 September 2024, 10:00 AM Pacific Time.
