Attachment 2 - Combined Synopsis Solicitation Revision 2 Attachment 5 - Questions with Answers F3G2AA4129A001 - 57 MXG AGE Cart Power Install This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the procedures in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

An award, if any, will be made to the responsible offeror who submits a quote that (1) conforms to the requirements of the synopsis/solicitation; (2) that receives a rating of “Acceptable” on the Technical Capability evaluation factor; and (3) that submits the quote with the lowest total evaluated price (TEP), provided that the TEP is not unbalanced and is determined to be fair and reasonable.

The Government reserves the right to award without discussions or to make no award at all depending upon (1) the quality of quotes received and (2) whether proposed prices are determined to be fair and reasonable. SITE VISIT DATE. Site visit will be conducted 11 July 2024 at 9:00AM PDT.

Submissions are due by COB 3 July 2024. (please bring 2 forms of id, and fill and send attached Mass Pass Form by 1600pm PDT on 3 July 2024.)
