Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Cellebrite

the 5th Contracting Squadron, Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota intends to award a firm fixed price, sole source contract to Cellebrite for their software. The system mandated and utilized by current on-base security forces. This commercial purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisiton Procedures as authorized by Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.106-1(b). This is a notice of intent (NOI) to award a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 5.201(b)(1)(i).

It is published for information purposes only and is not a request for competative quotations; therefore, no solicition document existis for this requirement. No responses to this NOI to sole source are anticipated; however, all interested parties who belive they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the supply listed.

In accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(1), the deadline for submittals is 12:00 pm CDT on 25 July 2025. A determiniation by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determinung whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
