JB MDL Single Source Intent - ATC ATCloud Training System

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD – ATC ATCLOUD Training System This is a notice that the 87th Contracting Squadron, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey intends to award a single source contract to UFA inc. on FAR 13.106(b) Soliciting from a Single Source. The purpose of this procurement is to provide a ATC simulator customized to the needs of JB MDL with capabilities to operate on a mobile tablet and operates on a cloud based system.

The Period of Performance will be one 12 month base period with 4 12 month options. The proposed NAICS for this requirement is 334111 with a size standard of employees NOTICE: THIS IS A SINGLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT, NOT AN RFQ. The intent of this notice is to inform any potential offerors of a proposed contract action. This proposed procurement is for items which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b).

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties having UFA inc rights may identify their interest and submit their capability statement to the contracting officer no later than September 10, 2024 8:00 AM EST. All submissions will be evaluated to determine if competitive opportunities exist. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the contracting officer.
