In accordance with FAR 12.603(c)(2): This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FA462124Q0019 – Catholic Religious Education Coordinator, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

This solicitation document, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-04. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.

Note: Evaluations will be completed in order of lowest price to highest price. Once two offers are deemed technically acceptable, evaluations will be considered completed. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 813110 with a size standard of $13,000,000. The subject RFQ number is:
