Intent to Sole Source - Emergency Breathing System

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL hereby gives NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE to Aerial Machine & Tool Corporation to provide the 908 OSS with Emergency Breathing Sytems in accordance with (IAW) the attached Statement of Requirements (SOR).

Description: Provide aircrew with mandated survival equipment when egressing aircraft during a forced water landing. There will be no written solicitation issued. This is an intent to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). This will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
