Intent to Sole Source - FY 25 VEX Air Competition Drone Bundle

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell Air Force Base (AFB), AL intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price (FFP) contract to Vex Robotics 6725 W. FM 1570, Greenville, Texas 75402 as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b), soliciting from a single source. This purpose of this requirement is to obtain VEX AIR Competition Drone Bundle (see attached Statement of Requirements (SOR).

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 339930 and the small business size standard is 700 EMP. As it relates to Air Force Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corp (AFJROTC), Vex components and kits must be directly purchased from VEX to be eligible for VEX Robotics Competition.
