CATM Ventilation Cleaning

The 37 TRSS has a requirement for HVAC ventilation and air duct cleaning at Building 950, 900 Patrol Road, JBSA-Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX 78236. CLIN 0001: FY26 CATM Ventilation Cleaning Bldg 950 (Hallways, Restrooms, 119 Register/Vent Openings, and 87 Air Returns).

SOLICITATION UPDATES & AMENDMENT SUMMARY

Offerors are responsible for reviewing and acknowledging ALL amendments (0001, 0002, and 0003) as part of their quote submission.

The quote submission deadline remains unchanged: September 3, 2026, at 14:00 CDT. **AMENDMENT 0002 (Posted August 19, 2026):** 1. Replaced original RFQ with "Corrected RFQ Document" (must be used for quote preparation). 2. Clarified site visit location at Building 950. 3. Incorporated FAR 52.232-18 (Availability of Funds). **AMENDMENT 0001 (Posted August 4, 2026):** 1. Extended quote due date to September 3, 2026, at 14:00 CDT. 2. Established the August 25, 2026 site visit schedule.
