Air Force, Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) – Randolph is formally announcing the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract (on a sole source basis) to RX3 Communications, Inc, 675 W Moana LN, STE 105, Reno, NV 89509-4959.

Procurement requirement is for Commercial High-Speed Internet Access Services in support of Detachment 23, Advanced Force Development Technologies (AFDT), located on Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) - Kelly Field Annex, San Antonio, TX.

NAICS Code: 517111 - Wired Telecommunications Carriers. This is a twelve (12) month Bridge contract. The Air Force intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) (1). This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals.
