F1S3AP6173A001 Description: THIS IS A NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION (NOCA); THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS NOCA OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS. THE PURPOSE OF THIS NOCA IS TO NOTIFY INDUSTRY OF THE USAF'S INTENT OF CONTRACT ACTION AND POSSIBLY GAIN KNOWLEDGE OF OTHER POTENTIALLY QUALIFIED SOURCES AND THEIR SIZE CLASSIFICATIONS (SMALL BUSINESS, LARGE BUSINESS, ETC.).

PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION, AS ONE DOES NOT EXIST. The Air Force Material Command (AFMC), Directorate of Contracting, Edwards Air Force Base, California, intends to award a sole source contract to ReNewell Fleet Service, 2020 S. Baker Ave., Ontario, CA 91761 for replacement of agent water tank assembly and associated components. This will be in accordance with Revolutionary Far Overhaul (RFO) Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

Description of requirements: • Replacement of agent water tank assembly and associated components on Fire Department Water Tender with registration number 11L00144. • Conduct post repair operational inspection and test vehicle to meet or exceed NFPA standards. • The vendor must have proven hands-on experience servicing KME fire apparatus’ and possess the necessary tooling and diagnostic capabilities specific to KME systems. • Formal KME service center certification is not mandatory; however, the vendor must guarantee that all maintenance and repairs meet or surpass KME manufacturer specifications.

The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811310, with a size standard of $12.5M, and PSC of J042. Any interested parties, believing they can meet all the requirements listed above, may submit a response or capability statements. All information furnished shall be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow the government representative to evaluate and determine if it can meet the requirement.
